The approach
How we work.
The work involves psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, gradual exposure and emotional regulation techniques. Autonomy is prioritised: every tool learned remains available even after the pathway ends.
Clinical areas
Anxiety is a universal experience, but when it becomes pervasive it can limit choices and quality of life. A CBT pathway helps to understand the mechanisms that maintain it and to build effective tools.

When to seek help
When anxiety interferes with work, relationships or daily activities; when it begins to drive choices through avoidance; when the body seems to speak more than the mind.
What to expect
The duration of the pathway varies according to the clinical picture and individual goals. Progress is monitored regularly and goals are reviewed together over time.
